Please find answers to some frequently asked questions below.

How many people does each apartment sleep?
Most of our apartments sleep 4-6 people.

Do I have to share with people I don’t know?
No, everyone in your accommodation will be employed by your organisation.

Will I have a key the apartment?
Yes, everyone in an apartment is given a key so you can return to the apartment whenever you like.

Is there a curfew?
No, just like back home, you can return to the apartment whenever you like. All we ask is that you are respectful of your neighbours and therefore do so quietly. Anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.

Is there parking?
All our apartments come with one parking space as standard. If you require additional parking, please speak to your employer.

Are there shops nearby?
Yes, all our accommodation is situated nearby to local amenities. If there is not a supermarket, there will at least be a newsagent or similar.

What if there is a problem? Who do we call?
Every booking is assigned an emergency contact. Your employer is expected to pass this information on to everyone in the apartment in case of emergency.

Do we have to pay for Wi-Fi?
No, high-speed Wi-Fi is included as standard with all bookings. This is suitable for general browsing and streaming (i.e. Netflix).

Is there a TV in the apartment?
Yes, all our apartments come with a TV in the living/dining area.

Is there a cleaner?
For bookings of 2+ weeks, we provide a cleaning service every two weeks. A professional cleaner will visit the apartment, provide a general clean and replace the linen, including towels and bedding. However, we also ask that you keep the apartment tidy between cleans.

How do I wash my clothes?
Every apartment includes a washer and dryer so that you do not have to waste time and money at a launderette.

Does the apartment have a telephone?
No, our apartments do not come with a telephone, therefore you should ensure your mobile phone is always charged in case of emergency.

Will I be charged extra for electricity and water?
No, all utilities are included in the price paid by your employer. There are no caps on water, electricity or TV and internet usage.

What if I’m not happy with the accommodation?
Please speak to your employer and they will reiterate any issues to us, and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

If staying for a long period (i.e. 6 months), will I need to move apartments?
We do our best to ensure consistency so you will most likely be in the same apartment for the duration of your stay. However, in some instances we may require you to move apartments.
