How much notice do you need to book accommodation?
We can find you suitable accommodation with as little as 24 hours’ notice. If your enquiry is urgent, we urge you to contact us by telephone on (0)1234 345 678 rather than email.
How many contractors can you accommodate?
We can secure accommodation for upwards of 150 contractors in any given location.
How many people does each apartment sleep?
Most of our apartments sleep 4-6 people.
Where is your accommodation located?
We have accommodation throughout the UK and work with select partners to deliver suitable, modern accommodation in or nearby to all major towns and cities.
How can we contact you out of hours?
You are assigned an account manager when you book accommodation for your contractors. You will be provided with the emergency telephone number for this person and are expected to pass their details onto your contractors.
Do your apartments have parking?
All our apartments come with one parking space as standard, however we can secure additional parking nearby should you require. Please notify us if this is the case at the time of booking.
Do all apartments have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our apartments have high-speed Wi-Fi at no extra cost.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
For bookings of 2+ weeks, we provide a bi-monthly cleaning service. Every two weeks a professional cleaner will visit the apartment, clean, and replace the linen incl. towels and bedding.
Are there laundry facilities in the apartment?
Yes, all our apartments have a washer and dryer so that your contractors do not need to waste time and money at a launderette.
Are there cooking facilities in the apartment?
Yes, all our apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave and kettle. Crockery such as plates, bowls and mugs, as well as cutlery, are also included.
What about bills?
All utilities (gas, electricity and water) are included within the price at the time of booking. There is no cap on gas, electricity, water, TV or internet usage.
Are there any additional costs we should be aware of?
No. The price you pay at the time of booking includes your accommodation and facilities, plus our professional cleaning service. The only time you will be charged extra is if you request an additional service, such as an extra parking space, however this will be agreed beforehand.
Do you have a minimum booking?
You must book at least one apartment with us, however there is no minimum duration – your contractor(s) can stay just one night if that’s all you need.
How long is accommodation available for?
We can provide accommodation for anything from one night to 6-12 months depending on your needs. If you require accommodation for longer periods, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
What if I need to adjust the amount of accommodation during my booking?
Just let us know if you need to reduce or increase the amount of accommodation and we will rearrange your booking accordingly and provide you with an updated cost before confirming.
How do we book contractor accommodation with Workforce Accommodation?

When do you take payment?
For periods of less than two weeks, you are required to pay in full at the time of booking. For longer-term bookings, you will receive an invoice at the end of each month.
Do you work with overseas teams?
Yes, we regularly provide accommodation for organisations based overseas who require UK accommodation for contractors. Contact us to request a quote and book your accommodation.
